农村公共物品的供需缺口、价格水平、供给制度及农民的心理比较对供给效率有重要影响。通过对农村公共物品：道路基础建设、自来水供给、灌溉设施等质量、数量、价格、供给效率、是否征求意见、需求及满意度、资金筹集等方面的统计，分析认为：农村公共物品在质量上和数量上的供需缺口越小，价格水平越低，需求表达机制越完善，农民对公共物品的满意度就越高，供给效率亦越高。
農村公共物品的供需缺口、價格水平、供給製度及農民的心理比較對供給效率有重要影響。通過對農村公共物品：道路基礎建設、自來水供給、灌溉設施等質量、數量、價格、供給效率、是否徵求意見、需求及滿意度、資金籌集等方麵的統計，分析認為：農村公共物品在質量上和數量上的供需缺口越小，價格水平越低，需求錶達機製越完善，農民對公共物品的滿意度就越高，供給效率亦越高。

The gap between supply and demand of public goods, the price level, the supply systems and farmers psychologically have a major impact on the efficiency of the public goods supply in rural areas. Through the analy- sis of the rural public goods building roads, water supply, irrigation facilities in quality, quantity, price, supply efficiency, whether for statistical advice, demand and satisfaction, financing and other aspects, we come to the conclusion： the smaller gap between supply and demand in quantity and quality, the lower price level; the more perfect expression mechanism, the higher the satisfaction of farmers for public goods supply; the higher the effi- ciency of the supply.
