小微企业融资问题是世界性难题，近年来我国小微企业融资困难更为突出。对于科技型小微企业来说，由于技术发展的前瞻性和风险性、市场开拓的不确定性等特点，融资更是难上加难。鉴于此，选取中国唯一的科技城——中国（绵阳）科技城作为研究对象，设计调查问卷并进行实地访谈，以期在全面了解和掌握科技型小微企业典型特征的基础上，深入分析科技型小微企业融资需求、融资渠道、制约因素等，重点研究缓解绵阳科技型小微企业融资难的对策，为其它地区发展科技型小微企业提供参考和借鉴。

The financing of small and micro enterprises is a worldwide problem and becomes more prominent in recent years of China. For small and micro enterprises specialized in science and technology, financing becomes more difficult because of the characteristics of forward-looking and risky for technological development, and market development uncertainty. As a result, this essay selects the only science and technology city in China-China Mianyang science and technology city as the research objective. Designing questionnaire and interviewing to construct a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the typical characteristics of science and technological small and micro enterprises, and therefore analyzing the financing demand, financing channel, financing constraints as well as existed problems and causes. Meanwhile, focusing on mitiga- tion measures of financing difficulties of technology-based small and micro enterprises, and providing references for these types of enterorises in other areas.
