创业企业与企业孵化器的互动能够促进两者间的知识转移,不断丰富企业孵化器的知识存量,帮助创业企业解决项目管理过程中存在的各种技术和管理难题。基于联合生产理论、资源依赖理论和网络结构理论,解析了创业企业与企业孵化器互动的必要性和重要性,构建了创业企业与孵化器互动下的项目导向型组织结构,并对该组织结构中的部门职责及内部运行机制进行了分析。

The interaction between venture enterprise and business incubator can promote knowledge transfer, and enrich the knowledge stocks of business incubator, help venture enterprise solve technology and management problems more ef- fectively during the process of project management. This paper analyzes the interaction relationship between venture enter prise and business incubator based on co--production theory, resource dependence theory and network structure theory, so as to show the necessity and significance for interaction. And then, it constructs project oriented organization structure under the interaction between venture enterprise and business incubator, and the responsibilities of various departments and the relationships are analyzed.
