工学结合是一种具有悠久历史的教学方式,是职业教育最原始、最本质的特性。工学结合人才培养模式具有“三化”和“四个结合”的重要特征。高职教学管理要适应工学结合人才培养模式的要求,必须进行深刻的变革,实现七大转变。
工學結閤是一種具有悠久歷史的教學方式,是職業教育最原始、最本質的特性。工學結閤人纔培養模式具有“三化”和“四箇結閤”的重要特徵。高職教學管理要適應工學結閤人纔培養模式的要求,必鬚進行深刻的變革,實現七大轉變。
공학결합시일충구유유구역사적교학방식,시직업교육최원시、최본질적특성。공학결합인재배양모식구유“삼화”화“사개결합”적중요특정。고직교학관리요괄응공학결합인재배양모식적요구,필수진행심각적변혁,실현칠대전변。
The Work-integrated Learning mode, a kind of educating form with a long history, is the most essential practice in vocational education such as "3 beings" (being professional in students' capacity training, being industrialized in teaching condition and being vocational in teaching content) and "4 combinations" (combination of colleges and enterprises in the setting of talent training, combination of theoretical learning and practice in teaching process, combination of the roles of being a student at college and a staff member in an enterprise and combination of teaching content and vocational requirement) . In order to meet the demand of the Work-integrated Learning mode in talent training, the teaching manage- ment of higher vocational needs a reform to achieve great transitions in seven aspects.
