农村土地整治是有效推动土地、劳动力、资金等要素流动，促进城乡产业互动，破除城乡二元社会经济结构，推进乡村可持续发展的重要平台。文章试图在乡村可持续发展、城乡统筹发展等战略指引下，通过介绍德国、荷兰、日本和韩国实施农村土地整治的历程及成功经验，分析在加快发展现代农业、进一步增强农村发展活力的形势下，通过搭建“三生”平台、加快“三化”进程来推进农村土地整治、促进城乡统筹发展。
농촌토지정치시유효추동토지、노동력、자금등요소류동，촉진성향산업호동，파제성향이원사회경제결구，추진향촌가지속발전적중요평태。문장시도재향촌가지속발전、성향통주발전등전략지인하，통과개소덕국、하란、일본화한국실시농촌토지정치적역정급성공경험，분석재가쾌발전현대농업、진일보증강농촌발전활력적형세하，통과탑건“삼생”평태、가쾌“삼화”진정래추진농촌토지정치、촉진성향통주발전。
The Rural land consolidation is an important platform, which can effectively promote the flow of land, labor, capital and other factors, accelerate industry interaction in urban and rural areas, get rid of the urban and rural social- economic structure, advance rural sustainable development. Based on the strategy of sustainable rural development and This paper attempts to summarize process of implementing rural land consolidation and promoting rural development, then analyzes the successful experience of developed countries, and the author also investigates how to grasp the future implementation orientation and target of rural land consolidation in order to promote the sustainable development in accordance with speeding up the development of modern agriculture and enhancing the vitality of rural development. Finally, the paper explanatorily proposes several aspects integration of China ＇s future rural land consolidation and rural development.
