大学精神对大学出版工作有着深刻的作用和影响。两者与服务于建设文化强国的宗旨相通，并借助知识、文化、精神三个媒介，将大学教育、出版传播与文化实践密切相联。通过文化视角解读大学精神指导下的大学出版的本质特点及存在问题的内在根源，在应对数字化出版热潮重塑学术精神的过程中，大力推动新时期大学出版文化和出版精神的建构。

University spirit play an important role on university publishing. Both of them have the same aim to serve the construction of cultural country, which relates the university education, publishing and cultural practice closely by the medium of knowledge, culture and spirit. Under the guidance of the university spirit, we try to find essential characteristics and existing problems of publishing through university cultural perspective. There is to say, we try to reshape the academic spirit, promote the of constructing university publishing culture in response to the digital publishing boom.
