以温州地区检察机关办理的农村土地征用领域职务犯罪案件为样本,从实证角度分析当前该领域职务犯罪的情况及特征,剖析犯罪多发的深层原因,从案件办理的实务出发,提出案件办理、法律适用等方面存在的难点,并针对查办该类案件提出对策和建议。

In this paper,Wenzhou procuratorial organs handled rural land requisition fields crimes committed as a sample,from an empirical point of view of the current in the field of duty crime situation and characteristics,analysis of crime-prone underlying causes,from cases handled practice,this paper proposes cases handled applicable law and other aspects of difficulties and propose a solution for investigating such cases and suggestions.
