县域经济系统是国民经济系统中本源性、不对称性竞争和不完全合作的行政区划型经济系统，它与区域经济既有联系也有很大差别。因此，将胡佛所创立的区域经济学的三个基石作为县域经济理论的基石，具有不完全适用性。基于县域经济系统的特征和中国县域经济发展的实际，本文认为，县域生产要素存量的有限增长性、县域内部市场空间的有限包容性和县域再生产过程的有限市场性，是中国特色县域经济理论的三大基石。

The county economy system is the original asymmetric competition and incomplete administrative cooperation in the national economy system. It is linked with the regional economy but also has a big difference with the latter. Therefore, to take the three cornerstone of regional economics created by Hoover as a cornerstone of Chinese county economic theory is incomplete. This article concluded that limited growth of county production factors, limited market space in- clusiveness and limited market space for internal reproduction of the county economy, are the three cornerstones of county economic theory with Chinese characteristics.
