作为前因的组织层面要素如何影响新创企业成长?试图以创新性为中介变量,探析创新性的前因和后果,揭示影响新创企业成长绩效的关键因素。通过提出逻辑命题、变量定义,并采用问卷调研和结构方程模型(SEM)方法,对273家新创企业的数据进行实证分析。结果表明,创新性有助于增进新创企业的成长绩效,而学习文化对提升吸收能力和创新性起到了关键的作用,凸显氛围和文化等“软”要素对新创企业成长绩效的积极作用。最后,总结了主要结论并对新创企业的早期成长提出了几点建议。

How do organization -level elements as antecedents influence the growth of new ventures? This paper takes innovation as a key mediating variable and explores its antecedents and consequences, and then uncovers the key factors influencing the growth performance of new ventures. By presenting the logical proposition and defining variables and using questionnaires and structure equation model (SEM) methods, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the data on 273 new ventures. The results show that innovation is helpful to promote the new venture' s growth performance, and the learning culture plays a key role in im- proving the absorptive capacity and innovation, which highlights the positive role of such "soft" factors as the atmosphere and culture on the growth performance. Finally, the paper summarizes the main conclusions and makes several suggestions on the ear- ly growth of new ventures.
