探讨IT能力如何通过组织学习影响技术创新是非常重要的，这将有助于企业提高技术创新能力。利用来自广东省战略性新兴产业企业130位中高层管理者的样本数据，采用回归分析方法研究了组织学习在IT能力与技术创新的关系中的中介作用，研究结果表明，IT能力对探索式学习和利用性学习均有显著正向影响；探索式学习和利用式学习均对技术创新有显著正向影响；IT能力通过组织学习（探索式学习和利用式学习）完全中介作用于技术创新。

It is very important to explore the mechanism about how IT capability impacts technological innovation through organizational learning, which may help enterprises promote their technological innovation. Regression analysis has been used to test the hypotheses empirically based on the qualified examples of 130 middle and senior managers from strategic emerging industries of Guangdong. The re- suits revealed that IT capability had significantly positive impacts on exploratory learning and exploitative learning, both exploratory learning and exploitative learning had significantly positive impacts on technological innovation, and IT capability had a full mediating impact on technological innovation through organizational learning （exploratory learning and exploitative learning） .
