本文从系统整体协同视角整合产业系统不同生产环节效率,构建了产业系统生态效率度量模型,测度西部地区2005--2010年产业系统生态效率,并实证分析产业系统生态效率的影响因素。结果表明:西部地区产业系统生态效率呈现倒“U”型趋势,地区间产业系统生态效率差异逐步拉大,不同生产环节生态效率协同性较差;资本投入的增加和技术进步会促进清洁生产效率的提高,但产业结构的变动和市场化水平的提高会弱化清洁生产效率的提升;FDI对生态环境的作用表现在“节能”方面,而非“减排”;结构因素对产业系统生态效率的影响比制度因素更加重要。

From the perspective of overall system synergy, we integrate different production process efficiency of integrated industry system, construct measure model of ecological efficiency of industrial system to measure it in western area from 2005 to 2010, and em- pirically analyse its influencing factors. The results showed that ecological efficiency of industrial system in western region has showed the inverted "U" type trend, the gap among different provinces is gradually widening, and the cooperativity of different production process is not good. Secondly, the increase of capital investment and advances in technology will promote the efficiency of clean produc- tion, but the change of industrial structure and the improvement of marketization will reduce the clean production efficiency. Thirdly, the effect on ecological environment of FDI shows in terms of "energy conservation", rather than the "emission reduction" . Finally, the effects on ecological efficiency of industry system from structure factors are more important than effects of. system factors.
