In order to stimulate the librarians'vitality, the article analyzes the incentive status quo of domestic academic librarians, combining compensation incentive with non - compensation incentive and making performance management as the core Wuhan Textile University Library established an effective incentive mechanism which provides references for other libraries to establish performance e- valuation and incentive mechanism. 5 refs.
