当前决定中国高校创业教育体系基本结构与未来走向的关键在于更新观念,以全新的观念作为理论内核,构建与创新型国家建设相适应的高校创业教育体系。为了构建这一全新的教育体系,首先要充分认识大学生毕业就创业的现实障碍,完整准确地理解“以创促就”的科学内涵,充分认识到“经由就业走向创业”(EmploymenttoEntrepreneurship,“E2E”)并不是大学生创业的偶然现象,而是一条普遍道路。“经由就业走向创业”教育体系构架包括面向全体学生的“启蒙教育”,面向有创业意向学生的“创业企业管理”知识与技能教育,面向初期创业者的继续教育和援助。“经由就业走向创业”教育体系的理论价值在于有力促进就业教育与创业教育的衔接联动,切实推动创业教育的务实与实效,整体提升创业的层次与水平。

Renewing our minds, regarding new concept as core theory, and constructing an entrepreneurship educational system which adapts to the construction of innovation-oriented country are critical elements that decides the basic structure and future trend of Chinese entrepreneurship education in universities and colleges. In order to construct such a new educational system,it must be first fully understood that the university graduates' practical obstacles of entrepreneurship right after their graduation. Then a complete and accurate understanding of the scientific connotation of promoting employment through entrepreneurship is necessary. Full awareness is also necessary that employment to entrepreneurship is a common choice rather than an accidental phenomenon for university students. The frame of this educational system consists of enlightenment education for all students, the expertise and skills of the management of start-up companies for students who have desire to start their own business and further education and help for those who just start their business. The theoretical value of this educational system lays in the promotion of the cohesive linkage between employment education and entrepreneurship education, the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the enhancement of the overall level of entrepreneurship.
