虽然长期以来我国农村民间金融一直未被政府认可，但是，不可否认的是，随着经济的发展，它迎来了新的发展机遇，受到了广泛的关注。农村民间金融已经不是一种可有可无的融资方式，正日益成为正规金融的一种有益补充，成为我国广大农村地区小微企业蓬勃发展的必然选择。本文通过研究我国农村民间金融发展历程、新时期的特点及制约小微企业发展瓶颈因素，对农村民间金融支持小微企业的发展提出了对策建议。

Although unrecognized by the government for a long time, China＇ s rural folk finance is being faced with new development opportunities and attracts considerable interests. Instead of a dispensable financing way, the rural folk finance has become a useful complementarity to the formal finance and a necessary option of small and micro enterprises in China＇ s vast rural areas. Through the research on the development process of China＇ s rural folk finance, the characteristics of the new era and the factors of restricting the development of the small and micro enterprises, the paper makes a discussion on the rural folk finance to support the development of small and micro enterprises in rural areas.
