建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业，为推动国民经济增长和社会全面发展发挥了重要作用。新型城镇化战略的科学定位．不仅为城镇化水平偏低的江西带来了发展的新动力，而且为江西建筑业加速发展提供了难得的新机遇。新型城镇化的新内涵，要求我国建筑业必须从产业形态、生产方式以及科技创新等方面实现系统化再造，向现代建筑产业转型。江西建筑业必须抢抓机遇，从规划统筹、创新建设开发模式、打造总部经济和特色产业园区、加强人才队伍建设等方面，加快转型发展步伐。

The construction industry, as a pillar industry of national economy, plays an important role in promoting the growth of the national economy and social development.
