随着第三方支付牌照的发放，第三方支付行业迎来了新的发展机遇和挑战。本文以浙江省为例，通过分析挖掘实证调研数据，并结合一般多元logistic模型给出了影响第三方支付行业创新发展的显著性因素。最后对第三方支付行业健康有序发展提出了围绕用户需求进行创新活动、依托技术变革拓展新空间、规范监管政策、注重创新安全等建议。

With issuance of the license, third - party payment industry has been facing new opportunities as well as challenges. Taking Zhejiang province as an example, the paper tries to analyze the prominent elements which can influence the innovative de- velopment of third - party payment industry by combining the experimental data which are derived from investigation with the multiple logistic model. Based on this, four proposals will be put forward for the healthy and orderly development of third - party industry at the end of the paper.
