ARCS动机模型不但关注动机的激发,更重视动机的维持,并从注意、相关性、自信心、满足四个维度提议了动机激发与维持的必要条件与具体策略,对教育游戏的设计具有指导意义.基于对ARCS动机模型内涵的把握,结合实际的开发案例,文章探析了ARCS模型视角下小学单词教学游戏设计的需求分析、情境的趣味性与可控性设计、互动行为与互动规则设计.

The ARCS motivational design model not only focuses on the stimulating of learners' motivation but pays more attention to maintaining,which suggests the essential conditions and concrete strategies about stimulating and maintaining the learners' motivation from aspects of Attention,Relevance,Confidence and Satisfaction.It has great significance on directing the design of educational game.Based on the understanding of the ARCS Model and the development of educational game ,this paper explores and analyzes the educational game for vocabulary teaching in primary school from aspects of the needs analysis of learners ,interest and controllability of the situation design, interactive actions and rules design under the ARCS Model.
