从学位层次、地区分布、合作对象、学科专业等维度梳理了当前中外高校双学位项目的历史发展和现状特点，并从政策、管理和项目实施的层面对其发展成效和存在问题进行研究，提出了减少障碍性制度设计和分类管理与重点推进的相关建议。

This study investigates the historical development and current status of double degree programs run jointly by Chinese and foreign universities, including their types of degrees, geographical distribution, collaborative partners and fields of specialization. Achievements and problems in their policies, administration and implementation are discussed and suggestions are offered to reduce barriers in their system designs, introduce better-categorized management and ensure optimal prloritization.
