This paper,from the perspective of professional class supervisors who are directly engaged in the construction of study atmosphere in universities,attempts to explain the connotation of study atmosphere construction,analyze the current problems existed in study atmosphere construction,stress the significance of study atmosphere construction,define the status of professional class supervisors in study atmosphere construction,and elaborate on its specific role in study atmosphere construction,with a light to promote the construction of professional class supervisor team to better study atmosphere and to make higher education go on the track of sound progress.
