利用我国1996—2007年高技术行业数据，运用动态面板进行检验发现，外资企业生产本地化程度反映的模仿学习效应对经济增长方式的转变具有正面作用，提升人力资本水平能扩大模仿效应对经济增长方式转变的正面作用；外资竞争效应虽然对本地企业技术创新水平的提高具有正面作用，但FDI诱致的本地企业技术创新效应对经济增长方式的转变具有负面作用，提升人力资本水平可能消除诱致性技术创新效应对经济增长方式转变的负面作用；FDI诱致的本地企业技术引进效应对经济增长方式转变的正面作用受人力资本条件的制约。

This paper conducts an empirical test by using dynamic panel da- ta of China＇ s to high technology industries from 1996 to 2007. The results show that the imitation effect of foreign firms reflected in their localization of production has a positive impact on the transformation of domestic economic growth pattern. Enhancing the human capital standard can augment the positive impact of imitation effect on the transformation of economic growth pattern; the competitive effect of FDI can stimulate local technology innovation, but FDI-induced innovation effect has a negative effect on the economic mode transformation, which can be addressed by enhanced human capital levels. The positive effect of FDI-induced technology import on the transformation of economic growth mode is subject to human capital conditions.
