生命、生存、生活教育，即“三生教育”，是云南省为贯彻落实科学发展观，总结借鉴国内外教育教学实践，率先在全国实施的基础素质教育工程。在现存的社会经济条件下，“三生教育”能否取得预期效果，不仅取决于能否树立以人为本的制度建设理念，而且取决于能否构建与之相适应的文化基础。
生命、生存、生活教育，即“三生教育”，是雲南省為貫徹落實科學髮展觀，總結藉鑒國內外教育教學實踐，率先在全國實施的基礎素質教育工程。在現存的社會經濟條件下，“三生教育”能否取得預期效果，不僅取決于能否樹立以人為本的製度建設理唸，而且取決于能否構建與之相適應的文化基礎。
생명、생존、생활교육，즉“삼생교육”，시운남성위관철락실과학발전관，총결차감국내외교육교학실천，솔선재전국실시적기출소질교육공정。재현존적사회경제조건하，“삼생교육”능부취득예기효과，불부취결우능부수립이인위본적제도건설이념，이차취결우능부구건여지상괄응적문화기출。
The education of life, survival and living is a project of basic quality education carried out first in Yunnan to implement the scientific view of development based on education and teaching experience at home and abroad. Under current social and economic conditions, the expected results of this education depend on both the concept of student-oriented system construction and the construction of a suitable cultural foundation.
