企业除了承担资本收益最大化的经济责任之外，还应当担负法律责任、道德责任、慈善责任等社会责任。企业社会责任的担当意识，不但对自身发展来说是必要的，还会对公共危机管理的过程和结果产生重要的影响。从参与公共危机管理的需要出发，企业履行社会责任，要做到诚实守信，以人为本，同时，还要积极承担对自然的责任和参与慈善事业。
