基于微观层面消费者的消费与储蓄综合比例效用恒等式,对宏观层面贸易国进口消费与国内财富积累的比例效用恒等式进行了理论推导,并使用2000-2009年GDP世界排名前十国家的宏观统计数据和面板SUR模型对所创建的新进口贸易效用测算模型进行了实证检验和分析.结果表明新模型成立,且10个国家的进口贸易效用水平普遍提升,中国的进口贸易效用水平增长率最高,但中国的进口与GDP配置偏离均衡状态较显著,2008年开始呈现进口过度状态,并未见回调趋势.

Applying the identical equation of the comprehensive ratio utility of the consumer consumption and savings on the microeconomic level, this paper has made theoretical derivation of the identical equation of the import consumption and domestic wealth accumulation of the trading nation on the macroeconomic level. And it carries out the empirical con- firmation and analysis of the constructed new import trading utility calculation model using the panel SUR model and macroeconomic statistical data of top ten countries by GDP from 2000 to 2009. The results show that when calculating with the new model, the trade utility level of the ten countries increases generally ; China keeps the highest growth rate of trade utility; however, the fact that China＇s import and ＇GDP allocation deviates from the balanced state is relatively significant; the state began to demonstrate in 2008 that there was excessive import without any tendency to get back.
