林权制度改革进一步实现了森林资源的永续利用，维护了生态平衡以及社会经济的可持续发展，但同时也造成了国有林区严重的就业压力，这将直接造成国有林区的就业困境。对黑龙江省国有林区就业的现实状况进行分析，提出了国有林区在就业方面的影响因素，并运用层次分析对国有林区就业的影响因素进行权重分析，根据具体分析的情况提出有效措施。

In this paper, Analysis of the employment reality of National Forest Area in heilongjiang province, and put for- ward the influence factors of National Forest Area in the aspect of employment, and using the analytic hierarchy process weight analysis to the influ- ence factors of employment of National Forest Area, according to concrete analysis bring forward effective measures.
