以重庆市主城区江北区为例,基于Logistic模型及相关数理统计软件,分析了影响建筑过早被拆除的内外部因素。研究结果表明,内外部因素共同影响建筑寿命的缩短,尤其是建筑密度较低,且土地开发潜能较大、赔偿成本较低的建筑更易过早被拆除。

This essay takes Jiangbei District of Chongqing City for example, based on Logistic Model and the relevant mathematical statistical software, analyzes the internal and external factors for the short - lived buildings which are de- molished in 2011. The results show that the external influencing factors are relatively more important to the short - lived build- ings, and these buildings with low density, utilization and com- pensation while high land development potential are more likely to become short- lived buildings.
