The coming of knowledge society and the influence of market economy, brought out academic capitalization, which was the necessary product of the university in a certain period of social development and survival choice of the scholars. Meanwhile, the in- ner value of academic also provided the condition for academic capitalization. Academic capi- talization as a kind of ideology, there＇s fundamental differences between academic and cap-ital, which made it necessary to make clear its boundary. With academic capitalization in the boundary of disciplinary and ethic, the value of academic could be realized and the mission of the university be shouldered.
