知识生产模式转型是博士毕业生就业多元化的深层原因。传统博士培养模式已无法满足博士毕业生多元化的需求。高校作为劳动力市场中博士毕业生的供给方，与需求方用人单位之间对博士毕业生质量的要求存在张力。博士培养变革应平衡供给与需求，连接博士培养与博士生职业发展，促进校企合作及实现跨学科培养博士生。

As the number of doctoral graduates has outpaced the availability of acaaemic positions, an increasing number of doctoral graduates have pursued paths outside of acade-mia. Doctoral graduates＇ pathways of career have become more and more diversity. The transformation of knowledge production mode is the deep reason of the phenomenon. The traditional doctoral cultivation mode could not met the demand of doctoral graduates＇ diversi- ty career. As the supply side and demand side on the labor market, university and employer have contradiction on quality standard of PhD. The reform of doctoral cultivation should bal-ance the demand between supply side and demand side. Doctoral education should link doc-toral training and their careers, cooperation with enterprises and though interdisciplinary.
