In the information environment, effective learning calls for deep learning ap- proaches,emphasizes understanding, and concerns on meaningful learning. There＇ re such concrete manifestation as refinement and transformation of mass information, transference in complicated contexts, and active participation in global-scale learning. To facilitate students＇ effective learning, it need to realize the transformation of teachers＇ instructional design and teaching process aiming to understanding, make students establish the correct conception of learning as well as deep learning approaches, and meanwhile develop suitable teaching-learn-ing environment which encourages the generation of students＇ meaning.
