艺术教育是人类的希望，如今正面临着前所未有的发展机遇。为此，我们必须给予艺术教育应有的核心地位，建立一套规范合理、内容丰富、具有可操作性和延续性、惠及全民的国民艺术教育体系；必须重视美感教育，反对艺术教育精英化、技能化；完善门类，重视戏剧教育，弥补艺术教育的结构性缺失；重视生活艺术教育，提升国民的人文素养和生活品质。
예술교육시인류적희망，여금정면림착전소미유적발전궤우。위차，아문필수급여예술교육응유적핵심지위，건립일투규범합리、내용봉부、구유가조작성화연속성、혜급전민적국민예술교육체계；필수중시미감교육，반대예술교육정영화、기능화；완선문류，중시희극교육，미보예술교육적결구성결실；중시생활예술교육，제승국민적인문소양화생활품질。
Art education is the hope of human being and is now facing unprecedented opportunities of development. Therefore, we have to set the art education as a core discipline and establish a standard and reasonable system of na- tional art education which is rich in content, operational and continuous, and benefits all people; value the aesthetic education while opposing elitism and specialization in art education; pay attention to the drama education and improve the categorization, so as to remedy the structural deficiencies in art education; incorporate art education into our daily life to enhance the humanistic quality and quality of life of Chinese people.
