通过文献资料、逻辑推理、演绎等方法,提出学校体育政策法规执行力的含义.在回顾改革开放以来学校体育政策法规发展历程的基础上,结合当前学生体育权利遭受侵犯及学生体质逐年下降的现实对学校体育政策法规的执行现状进行反思,并对学校体育政策法规执行梗阻的原因进行深入分析.在此基础上,从提高学校体育政策法规的执行力出发,以切实保障学生的体育权利的实现、增强青少年体质,提出学校体育政策法规执行机制的建构设想.
通過文獻資料、邏輯推理、縯繹等方法,提齣學校體育政策法規執行力的含義.在迴顧改革開放以來學校體育政策法規髮展歷程的基礎上,結閤噹前學生體育權利遭受侵犯及學生體質逐年下降的現實對學校體育政策法規的執行現狀進行反思,併對學校體育政策法規執行梗阻的原因進行深入分析.在此基礎上,從提高學校體育政策法規的執行力齣髮,以切實保障學生的體育權利的實現、增彊青少年體質,提齣學校體育政策法規執行機製的建構設想.

By means of literature, logical reasoning, deduction, and so on, put forward the meaning of the execution of policies and regulations for school physical education. On the basis of reviewing the evolution of policies and regulations of school physical education after the＂ reform and opening up＂ ,combine with the current violations of students＇ sports rights and the declining status of students＇ physical health, reflect the status of implementation of school physical education policies and regulations, then deeply analyze the reasons for the obstruction of the implementation of the school physical education policies and regulations. On these basis, put forward the enforcement mechanisms for school physical education policies and regulations, proceed from improving the exe- cution of school phy students effectively,
