为了研究可修复备件库存分配模型,根据METRIC理论,结合“原位维修率”、“占空比”、“重测完好率”等重要维修参数,建立了具有多等级的维修供应体系、多层次结构备件的初始库存分配通用模型.以装备可用度、备件满足率以及保障延误时间为指标,保障费用为约束,对备件库存方案进行优化,通过实例给出了优化结果,分析了影响备件库存分配方案的保障性因素,并通过VMET—RIC仿真平台对模型结果进行了检验.结果表明:本文模型得到的优化方案与VMETRIC软件运行结果一致,证明了本文模型的正确性和算法的合理性.
為瞭研究可脩複備件庫存分配模型,根據METRIC理論,結閤“原位維脩率”、“佔空比”、“重測完好率”等重要維脩參數,建立瞭具有多等級的維脩供應體繫、多層次結構備件的初始庫存分配通用模型.以裝備可用度、備件滿足率以及保障延誤時間為指標,保障費用為約束,對備件庫存方案進行優化,通過實例給齣瞭優化結果,分析瞭影響備件庫存分配方案的保障性因素,併通過VMET—RIC倣真平檯對模型結果進行瞭檢驗.結果錶明:本文模型得到的優化方案與VMETRIC軟件運行結果一緻,證明瞭本文模型的正確性和算法的閤理性.

To establish the universal model of repairable spare parts inventory distribution, considering relative important repair parameters such as "repair in place rate", "duty cycle" and the "retest ok rate", the initial inventory distribution model for multi-indenture spare parts under the multi-echelon maintenance supply system is established based on the METRIC theory. The equipment availability, spare parts fill rate and support delay are used as the optimization target while the cost is taken as the constraint to optimize the inventory distribution project. The optimization result is got through a given example, and the support factors are analyzed. The result is tested by VMETRIC simulation software, which shows that the two experiment results are nearly identical, so the model's correctness and the algorithm's rationality are proved.
