Based on the related studies, the reasons why small and medium-sized enterprises fail to cross the S-curve are revealed from an angle of the growth process, and some ways to span S-curve including managing human capital, cultivating core capability, and developing niche market are presented out, which are expected to help small and middle enterprises span S-curve successfully.
