在视频画面中传递信息的主要对象是画面主体,画面主体能否引起学生的注意,注意的持久性如何直接影响着学生的学习效果。在归纳＂井＂形构图的基础上,通过对教学视频画面主体位置的统计发现,教学视频画面中的主体位置普遍以＂三分法构图＂形式存在。采用心理学研究手段与方法（眼动实验法）,研究画面＂三分法构图＂中主体位置对学生注意的影响,结果显示,主体位于画面中间更能吸引学生的注意力,学生观察画面根据一定的顺序进行的,不同专业学生的眼动指标有差异。

Whether the subject in the picture,which is a main target of transmission information in the video screen,can arouse students＇ attention and how long students can pay attention to the subject in the picture have a direct impact on students ＇ learning outcomes.In this study,on the basis of summary of the ＂#＂-shaped composition and the statistics of the main subject＇s position in the video screen,it is found that the main subject＇s position in video screen exists in the form of ＂Rule of Thirds composition＂ in general.After studying the impact of the ＂Rule of Thirds Composition＂ on students with the means and methods of psychological research（Eye Movement Experimental Method）,the results show that main subject lying in the center of the screen can attract the students＇ attention,that students observe the screen according to a certain order,and that the eye movement of students in different majors differ from each other.
