从进口与出口两方面深入探讨了中国木质林产品贸易与国际非法采伐之间的相关性问题，得出结论：中国木质林产品贸易与部分国家非法采伐之间没有必然联系，且中国林产品贸易正在为世界森林可持续发展发挥着积极作用，而非法采伐问题可以说是欧美发达国家借以打压中国林产工业发展的绿色贸易壁垒。最后，针对中国在非法采伐及贸易问题上面临的当前国际形势，提出相关的政策性建议。

As one of the big powers in forest products trade, China has become the focus of the international com- munity and public opinion, in the realistic background of fighting against illegal logging and related trade in global. This paper explores the correlation between Chinese woody products trade and international illegal logging in two aspects of imports and exports. The results show that there is no necessarily link between Chinese wood products trade and international illegal logging in some countries, and indeed China has been playing an active role in sustain- able development of the world＇s forests. In addition, illegal logging could be viewed as green trade barrier of which developed countries take advantage to suppress Chinese forest product industry. At the end, this paper brings for- ward some countermeasures based on the present international situation on the illegal logging and related trade.
