在食品安全与生态环保成为主题背景下,有了对森林食品的需求。针对哈尔滨市居民消费者在选择森林食品时最关注哪些因素进行了调查。结果显示,居民消费者对森林食品进行选择时,与多因素相关。结合Logistic回归模型分析,得出关于社会人口统计学特征、消费者心理学特征和森林食品企业及营业点特征各自有显著性相关,对今后森林食品企业在营销和发展上有着一定的参考意义。

People need to forest food in food security and ecological environmental protection. This paper investi- gates what factors Harbin city residents' consumer most attention in the selection of forest food. This investigation involves four areas: Nangang, Xiangfang, Daoli and Daowai. Results show that final selection of the forest food with many factors when residents consumers choice. Combined with Logistic regression model analysis, it drew that about social demography characteristics, consumer psychology characteristics and forest food enterprises and business point features of their significant and related problems. It has certain reference significance for the forest food enter- prises in the marketing and development.
