通过问卷调查,以延边地区制造企业310名员工为有效样本,探讨了劳动关系变量对合作型劳动关系和罢工倾向的影响问题.结果表明:分配公正性、劳资共享信息、整合式集体协商和员工参与管理因素对合作型劳动关系有着显著正面影响,对罢工倾向有着显著负面影响;合作型劳动关系对员工罢工倾向有着显著负面影响,合作型劳动关系起到部分中介效应.因此,企业应构建合作型劳动关系,通过分配公正性、劳资共享信息、整合式集体协商和员工参与管理等策略来降低或避免员工的罢工倾向.

A questionaire with 310 employees in manufacuring enterprises involved about the influence of variables of labour relations on cooperatiove industrial relations (IR) and inclination to strike shows that perceived distributive justice, information sharing between union and employers, integrative bargaining and degree of participation in decision making have a remarkable positive effect on cooperative IR, while negative on inclination to strike; cooperative IR has a negative effect on strike inclination, and plays a role as the medium. Therefore, perceived distributive justice, information sharing between union and employers, integrative bargaining and degree of participation in decision making should be emphasized not only to improve the cooperative Industrial Relations, but also to lower the inclination to strike.
