The tendency of suicide elderly from 1987 to 2010 in China was analyzed using the sample survey data of the death cause in China, as well as the census of age/sex data after 1982. The differences of suicide elderly between urban and rural and between the male and fe- male were discussed. At the last the causes of suicide elderly were discussed, and the precau- tions relative the suicide elderly were studied at the paper.
