In the increasingly complex knowledge society with pluralistic value standard, the interaction space between higher education and the regional society is gradually expanding. Regional economic development and cultural construction need intellectual support of higher education, while the development of higher education also needs the support of the regional government as well as the nurture and nourishing of regional economy and culture. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical necessity for us to learn from the advanced foreign experience, combining it with the actual conditions of our country, and to carry out multi - angle and all - round interactions between higher education and the regional community, maintaining the sustainable development.
