考虑了企业直接获取知识需要付出的成本与网络的溢出效应,构建了知识间无协同效应以及有协同效应的博弈模型.研究表明,在无协同效应时,企业嵌入网络存在“搭便车”行为;有协同效应时,企业不惧自身知识溢出的风险,愿意嵌入网络以获取较多的异质性知识;但随着企业知识共享成本的增加,企业嵌入联盟创新网络的积极性降低.最后提出了提高企业知识共享效率的政策建议.

This paper considers both the cost of direct access to knowledge and network spillover effect, and develops game models with non-synergetic effect and synergistic effect. The result shows that there is ＂free-riding＂ phenomenon when there is non-synergetic effect. Firms don＇ t worry about their knowledge spillover risk when there is synergetic effect, and are willing to be embedded in the network in order to obtain more heterogeneous knowledge. On the other hand, with the increasing cost of direct access to knowledge, firms tend to become less willing to be embedded in alliance network. Finally, it offers several policy suggestions to promote inter-firm knowledge sharing efficiency.
