在高等教育大众化背景下,通信领域的精英人才应当以较高的文化道德修养为支撑,掌握丰厚的理论知识,具备较强的动手和实践能力,兼具创新意识和学习解难能力。从在校教育和离校后的职业发展这两大阶段来看,可以从课程设计、实践教育、过程阶段、机制创新、制度建设五个维度去构建适应于该领域的特色培养模式。每个维度针对不同培养目标,采取符合人才培养规律和学科特点的举措。

In the context of mass higher education, the communication engineering elites refer to those who fol- low strict cultural morality, master comprehensive theoretical knowledge, and possess strong practical ability as well as innovative consciousness and problem-solving skills. Viewing from the two phases of the in-school education and post-school career development, a characteristic training mode for communication engineering area will be construc- ted in the five dimensions of curriculum design, practical education, process orientation, mechanism innovation and system. While each dimension serves for a different training objective, appropriate measures should be taken to be in line with talent training law and the characteristics of a certain academic branch of learning.
