本文首先从组织与制度环境协同演化的视角论述了转型时期企业战略选择的特殊性，即制度从外生变量变为内生变量；然后探讨了制度对企业战略选择的影响机理：合法性逻辑和效率逻辑；最后基于非市场战略的视角分析了企业应对制度环境的三种战略选择和六种具体策略。

This paper describes the particularity of firms＇ strategic choices during transition economy from a co-evolution perspective of institution and organization environment, which is the institution from the exogenous variables into endogenous variables. Then, it dis- cusses influence mechanism on firms＇ strategic choice of institution： legitimacy logic and efficiency logic. Finally, from the non-market strategy perspective, it explains three strategic choices and six specific strategies of firms to cope with the institutional environment.
