The spirit of university can be called the soul of quality education in uninversity, because the spirit of university can provide value guidance for the quality education which leads to the formation of the students＂ and the facuhy＇s beliefs, and offer the methodological enlightenment for the quality education in university through its formal track and clarified connotation, and it may be helpful to the actual implementation of quality education in university. Meanwhile, the spirit of university can guide the students and the faculty to pursuit the self-transcendence and achieve the goal of self-realization freely and comfortably in relaxed environment, and provide powerful spiritual protection and inexhaustible power for the implementation of quality education in university.
