为了促进高职院校体育课程与教学的健康发展与改革深化,提高“高素质技能型”人才的培养质量,运用文献资料法、访谈法,对高职院校的体育课程改革与发展的历程进行了回顾,并深入分析了高职院校的体育课程的现状与问题,在此基础上,为高职院校的体育课程改革提供思路。结果显示:高职院校的体育课程改革与发展起步较晚,并经历了三个不同的时期;高职院校体育课程的问题表现为:1)高职院校体育课程目标与人才培养目标不能对接;2)高职院校体育课程内容与方法缺乏针对性、职业性与实用性;3)缺乏符合高职院校特色的体育教材;4)体育文化与健身知识的匮乏;5)体育教学评价单一。同时,提出了高职院校体育课程改革方案:重构目标、重组内容、拓展方法、多元评价、丰富资源等。

In order to improve the sound development and reform deepening of physical education curriculum and teaching in higher vocational colleges and promote the training quality of talents with high quality and technique, the thesis reviews the reform and development course and analyzes in-depth the current situation and problems of physical education in higher vocational colleges with the method of documentation and interview so as to put for- ward the thought for physical education reform in higher vocational colleges based on history review, problem anal- ysis and thought construction. The result indicates that physical education reform in higher vocational colleges was a late starter and experienced three different periods. The problems involved are as follows : 1 ) Disconnection be- tween the goals of course and personnel training; 2 ) Lack of direction, professionalism and practicability; 3 ) Lack of teaching material for physical education in accordance with the characteristic of higher vocational colleges ; 4) Lack of sports culture and fitness knowledge ; 5 ) Single evaluation of physical education teaching. Meanwhile, the reform project of physical education in higher vocational colleges is offered including goal re-construction, content recombination, approach expansion, multiple evaluation, resource enrichment etc.
