创新机制在国防科技工业创新中发挥着牵引和推动作用。当前,我国国防科技工业创新机制在顶层管理、资源统筹、考核评估等方面存在一定的不足。为此,需要建立适宜创新的顶层协调机制、战略牵引机制、考核评估机制、资源统筹机制、成果转化机制,并形成机制合力,促进创新能力提升。
創新機製在國防科技工業創新中髮揮著牽引和推動作用。噹前,我國國防科技工業創新機製在頂層管理、資源統籌、攷覈評估等方麵存在一定的不足。為此,需要建立適宜創新的頂層協調機製、戰略牽引機製、攷覈評估機製、資源統籌機製、成果轉化機製,併形成機製閤力,促進創新能力提升。

Defense industry innovation is a process of interplay of many factors, in which innovation mechanism plays a tow-and-boost role. Nowadays, there are still problems in innovation mechanism, such as top tier management, resource utilization, innovation assessment, and so on. Mechanism system suitable for innovation is needed to be built, including top tier coordination mechanism, strategy towing mechanism, assessment and evaluation mechanism, resource utilization mechanism, and technology achievements transformation mechanism. With the composition of force of these mechanisms, innovation ability can be improved.
