技职校院研究生教育既是台湾研究生教育的重要构成,又是台湾高等技职校院发展的热点。台湾技职校院研究生教育已初具规模和特色,具有发展存在明显的非均衡性、学科结构倾向于技术色彩浓厚的学科领域、教育类型侧重面向在职人员的回流教育等特点,差异定位、产学合作和加强评鉴是其发展策略。但台湾技职校院研究生教育的发展也存在盲目扩张、定位模糊、供非所需、体系反噬等问题,未来发展要解决好适应社会需求适度问题、培养模式同构问题、培养体系分化问题、教育体系顸层设计问题。
技職校院研究生教育既是檯灣研究生教育的重要構成,又是檯灣高等技職校院髮展的熱點。檯灣技職校院研究生教育已初具規模和特色,具有髮展存在明顯的非均衡性、學科結構傾嚮于技術色綵濃厚的學科領域、教育類型側重麵嚮在職人員的迴流教育等特點,差異定位、產學閤作和加彊評鑒是其髮展策略。但檯灣技職校院研究生教育的髮展也存在盲目擴張、定位模糊、供非所需、體繫反噬等問題,未來髮展要解決好適應社會需求適度問題、培養模式同構問題、培養體繫分化問題、教育體繫頇層設計問題。
기직교원연구생교육기시태만연구생교육적중요구성,우시태만고등기직교원발전적열점。태만기직교원연구생교육이초구규모화특색,구유발전존재명현적비균형성、학과결구경향우기술색채농후적학과영역、교육류형측중면향재직인원적회류교육등특점,차이정위、산학합작화가강평감시기발전책략。단태만기직교원연구생교육적발전야존재맹목확장、정위모호、공비소수、체계반서등문제,미래발전요해결호괄응사회수구괄도문제、배양모식동구문제、배양체계분화문제、교육체계한층설계문제。
Graduate education of vocational and technical colleges is not only an impor- tant component of graduate education of Taiwan higher education system, but also a focusing field of the development of vocational and technical colleges in Taiwan. It has taken shape and showed some characteristics as the followings. Obvious imbalance exists in the develop- ment of universities and institutes, discipline structure focuses on the fields with deep techni- cal characteristics, while the types of education prefer recurrent education to incumbents. And it also strengthens its characteristics through differential positioning, industry-universi- ty cooperation and evaluation reinforcement. The study found that some problems existed in graduate education of vocational and technical colleges, such as blind expansion, fuzzy posi- tioning, mismatches between supply and demand, false eountercharge against system itself, etc. This paper puts forward several suggestions on developing graduate education of voca- tional and technical colleges in Taiwan, such as solving the moderate degree in terms of grad- uate education adapting to the social needs, isomorphism tendency in cultivating mode, dif- ferentiation problems in training system and top-level design of education system.
