It is principal attainment structure of foreign language teachers that determines quality and results of foreign language teaching. A teacher' s principal attainment structure represents a dynamic combination of a number of his / her principal attainment. This paper demonstrates principal attainment structure of foreign lan-guage teachers in terms of ideological and political attainment, professional knowledge attainment, ideological and technological attainment of teaching, ethical attainment and attainment of physical and psychological health, etc..
