“90后”大学生的心理特点具有独特性,即内心孤独脆弱,盲目独立自信,个性张扬叛逆,人际关系不协调.这里既有社会原因,也有个人和家庭的原因.作为高校工作者要加强教育和管理,必须按照“90后”大学生的心理特点,建立师生之间的和谐关系,注重父母与孩子的交流与沟通,加强网络管理教育,做好心理健康教育,引导他们德、智、体、美等全面发展.
