经济全球化过程中,汽车产业的全球化生产越来越普遍,呈现出“分散化”和“集中化”并存的特征.本文从全球产业链的视角,以安徽省的汽车产业集群为研究对象,探讨安徽省汽车产业集群发展的途径.研究发现：安徽省汽车产业集群的优势尚未体现,汽车产业集群的发展必须着眼于各产业链条附加值的提高,实现工艺流程升级、产品升级、功能升级和价值链的升级；同时要加强产业链内部的交流与合作；政府也要制定出激励企业创新和促进市场竞争的政策.

The globalization of production of the automobile is particularly prominent in the process of economic globalization, which shows a cofigurative phenomenon of ＂decentralized＂ and ＂central- ized＂. From the perspective of the global industrial chain, the study discusses development of Anhui automobile industry cluster in general ways. It shows that the advantages of Anhui automobile industry cluster have not yet reflected. The development of automobile industry cluster must focus on the im- provement of the added value of the industrial chain through process upgrading, product upgrading, functional upgrading and value chain upgrading, in the meantime, strengthening communication and cooperation within industrial value chain. Furthermore, policy authorities should make some policies to promote market innovation and competition.
