动漫产业是世界各种文化交流、交融、交锋的重要领域，随着全球化的深入发展，这一领域的竞争越来越激烈。为了增强我国动漫作品的国内影响力和国际竞争力，需要全面提升我国动漫产业核心竞争力。这就要求我们实施动漫精品战略、增强动漫内容吸引力，培养高端动漫人才、完善动漫人才培养体系，发挥动漫产业集聚效应、打造“航母型”动漫企业，塑造具有中华文化和国际视野的动漫形象。
動漫產業是世界各種文化交流、交融、交鋒的重要領域，隨著全毬化的深入髮展，這一領域的競爭越來越激烈。為瞭增彊我國動漫作品的國內影響力和國際競爭力，需要全麵提升我國動漫產業覈心競爭力。這就要求我們實施動漫精品戰略、增彊動漫內容吸引力，培養高耑動漫人纔、完善動漫人纔培養體繫，髮揮動漫產業集聚效應、打造“航母型”動漫企業，塑造具有中華文化和國際視野的動漫形象。
동만산업시세계각충문화교류、교융、교봉적중요영역，수착전구화적심입발전，저일영역적경쟁월래월격렬。위료증강아국동만작품적국내영향력화국제경쟁력，수요전면제승아국동만산업핵심경쟁력。저취요구아문실시동만정품전략、증강동만내용흡인력，배양고단동만인재、완선동만인재배양체계，발휘동만산업집취효응、타조“항모형”동만기업，소조구유중화문화화국제시야적동만형상。
The animation industry is the important area of all kinds of cultural exchange, blend, and bout in the world. With the further development of globalization, the competition of this field is more and more fierce. In order to enhance domestic influence and international competitiveness of China＇s animation works, we need to improve our country＇s core competitiveness of the animation industry, which request us to carry out the boutique anime products strategy, enhance the anime content appeal, develop high-end animation talent, improve the animation talent training system, produce animation industry agglomeration effect, make ＂aircraft cartier＂ animation enterprise, create a cartoon image with the Chinese culture and the international field of vision.
