自主创新机制实质上是高科技信息通过各要素单位流向产品生产的一种特殊的信息传播过程。借鉴传播学5W模式,通过类比5w模式中的传播者、传播内容、媒介、传播受众和效果,构建军民融合国防科技工业自主创新机制,并针对如何提高我国国防科技工业自主创新能力提出相关政策建议。

Self-oriented innovation mechanism in essence is a process and pattern of innovative high-tech information used in armament producing propelled by institutions included,and also a peculiar information communicating process. Taking ex- ample from the 5W communication mode, the article built a national defense technology self-oriented innovation mechanism propelled by civil-military integration, based on the five Ws.. Who, What,in Which channel, to Whom and with What effect explained in the 5W mode. Meanwhile,the article further made recommendations on how China can promote national de- fense industry working on self-oriented innovation.
